Boiling point (or bumps): a skin disease caused by inflammation of hair follicles, leading to local accumulation of pus and dead tissue. Individual boils can cluster and form a coherent network of boils. This group is known as anthrax. In severe cases, boils may develop to form abscesses.

Boils are usually caused by infection of the hair follicles caused by Staphylococcus aureus (or staphylococci). Staph is a strain of bacteria that are normally on the surface of the skin. The medical community believes that very little can be reduced in the skin of staphylococci on the follicles and cause infection type.

Abscess: An abscess has formed a pool of pus in a cavity through the tissue by bacteria, parasites or other materials, such as splinters or bullet has accumulated. It is to prevent the body's response to the spread of infection to other parts of the body. The agencies have access to the tissues to the local cells releasing toxins and kill then cause inflammation. Symptoms of an abscess are: redness, heat, swellingAnd pain. Abscesses usually on the surface of the skin (boils) but can also infect the lungs, brain, kidneys and tonsils. Gangrene is a complication that arises when the abscess material spreads to other tissues. Immediate medical treatment is indicated if an abscess is suspected, because the body can rarely be cured by itself.

Staphylococcal infection: The most common cause of staph is the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, which often lives on the skin or nose. It can cause a variety of diseases such as acne, boils and abscesses, serious and potentially fatal pneumonia, meningitis and toxic shock syndrome.

MRSA infections: Staph infection, which have become resistant to antibiotics are often used by S. aureus, called MRSA, or methicillin against. Since the 1990s, MRSA has become endemic in hospitals. Spread of S. aureus is the human being through contact with humans. Environmental contamination is not from the medical community is considered an important part of the spread of MRSA?

Hidradenitis suppurativaVA
1/18/2007: January in Perth, Australia, writes: "Some people have had a priest, not to cook - especially people who had mentioned a series of cooking in the armpits, chest or groin. You should check whether they have Hidradenitis Suppurativa with bubbles like in these areas, but not curable. There is much information on the web portal, and often seem wrong to diagnose because it may be interesting to see a dermatologist for a second opinion. "
